How do I know my size?

Our scrubs are true to size, though it varies depending on the style. Some of our scrubs are designed to be fitted and others have a more relaxed fit. If you prefer a loose fitting scrub top, our scrubs will still look beautifully fashionable if worn loosely. Please refer to our size chart for measurements. [WOMEN SIZING] [MEN SIZING]

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes you can!  When purchasing your items, please have a look at the sizing guides for accurate sizing. Should you have any queries regarding sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to exchange it. 

How do I submit a return request?

Log into your account.

If you shopped as a guest – please login to the accounts page using the email address you ordered with (the system will retrieve your order details). A 6-digit code will be emailed to you in order to access your orders.

Select the relevant order.

Select “request return”.

Select the items you want to return and the reason for the return.

We will review the return request and contact you via email on how we will proceed.

If the order is approved, we will be in contact to advise you on the process for packaging and collection.

Once the item(s) is received back at the warehouse and inspected, your customer account will be updated, and you’ll receive an updated email notification.

 

Who pays for the shipping when I return an item?

You will have to cover the shipping costs for any returns yourself.                  Please make sure to measure carefully and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

May I get a refund on my order?

We do not offer refunds on products. If you've ordered the smallest or biggest size we offer, and it's still either not small enough, or not big enough, we will refund you. A 5% transaction fee will be subtracted on all refunds. 

Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?

We ship all over South Africa at a fixed rate of R120 for nationwide delivery for orders under the value of R1600 via various courier services depending on your location. Please allow up to 5 - 10 working days for arrival of your parcel. Please allow an additional 10 extra working days if you have selected embroidery on your garments.

For international shipping rates, please enter your address at checkout. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of an international shipment.                  This excludes customization and embroidery time. 

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in the shipping charges.

Group Orders and Discounts:

We are more than happy to offer discounts for group orders of more than 8 scrubs sets. Send us an email with your order and we will be happy to assist. info@merakiscrubs.co.za

Fabric:

We have chosen super comfortable, ultra soft, performance-driven material to ensure durability and comfort with style. Our fabrics all have an element of stretch to ensure no limits to your comfort. These fabrics, made from a combination of polyester, spandex and rayon, are also wrinkle resistant and moisture wicking.

Embroidery: 

Customize your Meraki Scrubs!

Name embroidery can be selected when choosing your top on the website.            Your name can be embroidered onto your scrub top at an additional cost of R70 per top.  

Company logos can also be embroidered at a once off cost of R530 for digitizing of the logo and then R80 per top for the logo embroidery (depending on the size & stitch count.) Should you require logo embroidery, we require a PDF / JPEG format of your logo for digitization to be sent to us at info@merakiscrubs.co.za 

Regrettably, no exchanges or returns will be permitted on embroidered garments. Please allow up to 15 working days for the processing of embroidery.
